Do you provide legal advice?

No. I am not an attorney and do not provide legal advice. I assist with notary services and Apostille process support.

How do I get started?

What identification is required?

A current, government-issued photo ID is required. The name on your ID must match the name on the document being notarized.

What happens if my ID name doesn’t match my document?

If the name does not reasonably match, I cannot proceed with notarization. Please resolve name discrepancies before your appointment.

Can you help me decide which document I need? 

No. I cannot advise on which document you should use. You must choose your own document or consult an attorney.

Do you prepare documents?

No. I do not draft, prepare, or select documents.

Can you notarize my will?

Yes — I notarize signatures but do not prepare or advise on documents.

Do you provide witnesses?

Witness coordination may be available with advance notice and an additional fee.

Can you explain what my document means?

I can explain the notarial process and what my role is as a notary. I cannot interpret or explain the legal meaning of a document.

How does mobile pricing work?

State notary fees apply plus a travel fee based on location.

What is RON?

Remote Online Notarization allows documents to be notarized securely online from anywhere in the world -- as long as the Notary is physically in the state for which the Notary is certified.

How long does an apostille take?
