Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Secure online notarization from anywhere

If you are traveling, out of state, or simply not close by, online notarization may be the easiest solution. Remote Online Notarization allows eligible documents to be notarized securely through an approved online platform.

This service may be a good fit if you are:

  • Traveling
  • Out of the country
  • Working on a tight schedule
  • Unable to meet in person

How it works:

  • Secure online video notarization
  • Identity verification
  • Digital completion and delivery
  • Available statewide, nationwide and worldwide where permitted

Fees vary based on location, travel, number of notarizations, and timing.

After booking, I will contact you with instructions and help you prepare for your online session.

Guidance and concierge support for international document use

If your document will be used in another country, you may need an Apostille. I offer Apostille assistance for clients who want help understanding the process, preparing documents properly, and avoiding unnecessary delays.

Authorized representative services for completing Section 2 of the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form.
