In-Person Notarization*

$20 minimum appointment 

  Appointment includes 2 notarizations    + $10 per additional signature

For clients meeting at my office location for standard notarization needs.

Includes:

  • General notary documents

  • Standard appointment times

Final pricing depends on document type and appointment details.

Mobile Notary*

Starting at $50

 + $10-$15 per signature                        + mileage over 30 miles round trip

I travel to your home, office, hospital, care facility, or other agreed location.

Includes:

  • Local travel to your location

  • Flexible scheduling within business hours

  • Convenient on-site service

Pricing varies based on distance, number of signers, and appointment complexity.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)*

Starting at $65

+ $25 per notarization (in accordance with Tennessee law)

Secure online video notarization completed through an approved platform.

Includes:

  • Identity verification

  • Secure online session

  • Digital completion and delivery anywhere

Loan Signing Services*

$125–$250

Professional signing support for real estate and lending documents.

Includes:

  • Buyer, seller, refinance, and HELOC packages

  • Careful, secure document handling

  • Printing

  • Overnight return (with preprinted label)

  • Scanbacks (if required)

Pricing varies based on package size, printing, scanbacks, and travel.

Apostille Support*

Starting at $150*

Guidance and coordination for documents intended for international use.

Includes:

  • Document review

  • Submission coordination

  • Status updates & tracking

Government fees not included. Processing times vary.

I-9 Employment Verification*

$50–$75 per appointment

Ideal for remote employees whose employer requires an authorized representative for I-9 completion.

 

 

Services for completing Section 2 of the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form.

Includes:

  • Identity and document review
  • Completion of Section 2 as an authorized representative
  • In-person verification at your location or agreed meeting place
